Chungnam National University Library was founded in 1953 and has been the cradle of academic discovery and research. Collections of more than 1.5 million printed works, 20,000 journals (including e-journals), and 30 academic databases offer rich array of information resources. The 4,200 seating capacity also provides ideal environment for academic pursuit.
Since the launch of academic information system(CLINS) in 1996, CNU library has evolved into integrated digital library system which enables searching information and providing up-to-date academic DB through on-line. Now, the library plays the central role in leading knowledge based society of the 21st century.
