Admission Requirements

Eligibility

Applicant eligibility: Foreigners and/or Koreans living abroad. Must have high school degree or more or have equivalent level of education (Completion of 12 years of formal education)

Application documents

1) For students who need a D-4 visa in abroad
    a) Application form (Downloadable on the website, http://dream.cnu.ac.kr
    b) Self-introduction letter and study plan
        (Free format, A4 size 1 page, either in Korean or in English)
   c) Certificate of graduation issued from the most recent school attended
       (must be certified by an『Apostille』)
   d) Official academic transcript
   e) A copy of passport
   f) Documents confirming your financial status (Bank statement confirming a balance of over
     USD 9,000 and more)
※ All documents should be submitted in Korean or English. If the documents are not
      written in Korean or English, notarized onces are required.

2) For students who do not need to get or change a visa (have a C-3 or F Visa)
a) Application form (Downloadable on the website (http://dream.cnu.ac.kr))
b) A copy of passport

3) For students who have a D-4 visa within Korea
    a) Application form (Downloadable on the website, http://dream.cnu.ac.kr
    b) Self-introduction letter and study plan
        (Free formet, A4 size 1 page, either in Korean or in English)
   c) Certificate of graduation issued from the most recent school attended by an Apostille
   d) Official academic transcript
    e) A copy of passport
   f ) A copy of alien card
   g) Documents confirming your financial status (Bank statement confirming a balance of over
     USD 9,000 and more)

Refund Policy

1) A student who withdraws prior to the start of the course receives a 100% tuition refund.
application fee will not be refunded.
A student who withdraws by the first week of the course receives a 80% tuition refund.
A student who withdraws after the first week of the course receives no refund.

Additional Information

Application documents should arrive no later than the application deadline.
Cancellation of entrance or registration is possible before entry to Korea. In that case, application fee is not refunded.
If students fail to pay tuition by the deadline, they will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation and payback, service charges and transfer fees will be deducted by the bank.
Original documents issued in foreign countries should be submitted in Korean or English with notarized translation. No documents submitted will be returned to the application in any case.
If any document is found to be fake or counterfeit at any time, the student will be rejected. If this crime is discovered after being accepted by the ILEC, the student will be rejected even if s/he has commenced studies at the ILEC.
Students must be insured.
Items not stated above should be followed according to ILEC regulations regulated by the director of the ILEC.
